How coverage works
Helpdesk and monitoring run from Centurion for every metro on this page. Most tickets are closed remotely; engineers travel when hardware, cabling or a server room needs hands. The same SLAs, tooling and security baselines apply in Centurion, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Sandton and Midrand so multi-site companies are not running five different IT shops.
Choose a city page for neighbourhood coverage, typical workloads and a consultation form. If your offices sit across more than one metro, say so on the form — we design one environment, not a patchwork of vendors.
National managed IT is the remote operating model: one helpdesk, one monitoring stack and one escalation path for sites anywhere in South Africa. Centurion is the on-site hub — 340 Witch-Hazel Street, Highveld — where engineers start when a rack, a switch or a boardroom needs hands. Pretoria, Midrand, Sandton and Johannesburg pages describe that same model in the city you actually search for, so you are not reading a generic “Gauteng” pitch.
If you already have an internal IT person, we sit beside them. If you do not, we operate the stack and report monthly so leadership can see tickets, uptime and security posture without learning a new portal every quarter. Start on the city closest to your head office, then add the other sites on the enquiry form.
Centurion searches should land on the Highveld hub page. Pretoria, Johannesburg, Sandton and Midrand each keep their own URL so a director in Waterfall is not reading a Centurion-only pitch. Remote support still covers the rest of South Africa — the city pages exist so local intent and the national operating model do not collapse into one duplicate title.
