Specify Snom D865 12-line Desktop IP Phone (SKU D865) when you need Snom desktop phones for desks that want a Snom handset on cloud PBX or Teams. A typical fit is a Sandton professional desk or a Pretoria boardroom — often a Pretoria or Sandton site — where the rest of the Snom catalogue has to stay consistent. Skip this SKU if you only need a softphone with no hardware. If the fit is unclear, send the floor plan or seat count and we will point at this model or a neighbour in the same range.

NovaCloud Africa lists Snom D865 12-line Desktop IP Phone with a local invoice and the current shop stock flag. We provision Snom against the trunk you already run and leave codec lists on the datasheet. Ask for SKU D865 on the enquiry so the distributor pull matches this page. If the line is out of stock we quote a lead time and a substitute in the same Snom family instead of promising a date we cannot keep.
